Great Customer Service If you're a Mercedes Benz owner and you are looking for good customer service this is the dealership to go to. Whether it is for purchsing a vehicle or needing service, you will receive great customer service. My experience with them has been great so far and even when there was an issue, I still received great customer service.
Ok on service department I went there to get my mercedes serviced. They are ok on helping people but can get tricky sometimes. I got quote from them prior to taking my car in and they gave me one price and when I took my car they gave me different price. However, they did match the quote.
know what you want & know who you talked to I had to go a few times to understand how they operate. Also, you need to know what kind of service you need. Then call that department. If service is what you need ask for a SERVICE ADVICER. I found Woody & Dennis very helpful. If you want information on your car(s) ask to speak to one of there Techs.
