Everything was attended to, my loaner was wonderful, the washing and vacuum job was 100% better than last year and Chris was great with communication. If I have one complaint it would be that you are too expensive.
This dealership gave a hard sell on unnecessary items. Went elsewhere and had everything completed at a fraction of the cost.
I had an appointment that was on time. My service representative was Austin. He went over the type of service they were providing. He asked if I had any concerns about how the car was operating. He gave me an estimated time it would be completed. Mercedes arranged for a Lyft car to return me home. I was notified by text when the service was completed. When I picked up the car Austin went over what had been done. I was completely satisfied with the whole process.
