Been 30+ days since I leased the vehicle. Haven’t been able to get in touch with hector the finance manager. Their titling clerk didn’t know Massachusetts requirement and never bothered to follow up on timely manner after the state returned the paperwork to them. Jared the salesperson has been in touch offering false reassurances, they can’t get me a form required by the state for registration almost 40 days since the vehicle was leased.
We enjoyed our experience at Husker Mercedes, Colin Ludvik helped us find the perfect vehicle in a courteous and professional manner. We knew what we wanted and needed in a vehicle and Colin help facilitate the process very smoothly without delay. Thanks Colin!
