My husband & I have been purchasing cars from Jim Sangiorgio at this Mercedes Benz dealership for the past 21 years. Over the years we worked with many of the employees in sales and service and always been very satisfied.
I brought my 2017 GLC 300 In to be programmed after having the engine swapped. I spoke with Mr. Juan Martinez service manager and advised him of what I needed done. Mr. Martinez asked me if I had changed the ECM or the SAM module in the vehicle I explained to him That I used the original ECM in my car. He told me that programming would be $799 plus tax. I had my car towed in to the dealership on 1/28. Mr. Martinez advised me that my battery was no good. He told me I would need a new battery at $807.97 plus tax. And an additi... read more
We were traveling outside of our normal area and Tire Pressure dropped. We were able to call MB Allenton and they had us right in to check the tire, rim and added the tire pressure to get us on our way in confidence that we were good to go. I stopped by for assistance with a small problem with my Mercedes this morning and Ellis was amazing from start to finish. I did not have an appointment but he was able to get my car back to a mechanic, diagnosis the issue, and repair it within a short time frame so that I could be on my way to work. The entire team was friendly and the building was clean and comfortable for waiting! I highly recommend!
