Have used Mercedes service department for the past 10 years. Excellent service! Just bought a new/ used car from Mercedes on 9-24-25. Great professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
UPDATE: I emailed the manager and provided contact information as requested and NEVER got a response or phone call. His responses to peoples reviews are all talk. Unfortunately due to recent events, we will never purchase another vehicle from Mercedes of Lafayette, nor use the dealership for servicing our Mercedes. My partner and I have owned anything and everything from Land Rover, Cadillac, Lincoln, and even Porsche, however, Mercedes has always been my partners favorite brand and he has owned several in his lifetime. Let me start with the positive. Natalie and the new gentlemen in the service department are very friendly. We have had our S-Class and Mercedes convertible serviced at Mercedes of Lafayette in the past and never had an issue. Unfortunately due to recent events, we will never purchase another vehicle from Mercedes of Lafayette, nor use the dealership for servicing our Mercedes.
