Booked a month ahead for a July 23, 2025 pre–road-trip service on a Mercedes that sat 5 months. They canceled 3 hours before, pushed me to July 25, then told me they “don’t have time” and regular service is “only Tue/Thu.” Totally unprofessional, zero ownership of their screw-up, and no sense of safety liability. If you care about safety, scheduling reliability, or basic professionalism, go somewhere else.
