This is the very best experience that I’ve ever had purchasing a car…Bryan Brewster was amazing! He responded so quickly to my inquiry and had us set up to test drive our car.. we ended up purchasing and were out the door an hour later.. we absolutely will go no where else.. thank you Bryan and the best staff at Mercedes of Kingsport!
When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, I was met quickly by the service supervisor, he arranged quick removal of myself by a shuttle to my home. Then about three hours later might b3 Service was complete. I received a phone call and got there as quick as I could. It was a little more money than I expected however, everything seemed to be in order. My car was clean on the inside, and I have to say that service was carried out as expected. i’m very happy and would recommend their service anytime
After checking the internet for cars and expressing my interest in one at Mercedes of Kingsport I’ve got a nice message and video from Zoie Tarlton . The weekend after, my wife and I visited the dealership. We were greeted by James Buller at the door and had a very pleasant buying experience. Nice people, no hidden fees, great cars.
