Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Parts department closed on Saturday? Umm.. WHY? Mercedes of Asheville is open on Saturday to sell parts and fluid. Not in Kingsport though, they'll tell you to come on Monday morning. Well, most people work Mon-Fri and and may not have time to come all the way to the middle of the worst part of Kingsport. They have worked extremely hard to improve their customer service. They went above and beyond for me this go around. Weston and Erin were extremely helpful and I appreciated the kindness they showed me.
