Terrible service. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for an item returned 1 month ago. Local dealer would not help so I had to enlist the help of MB USA
Piss poor customer service lazy service tech not willing to even try to offer help or advice. I will never come back here .had better service from jiffy lube or Walmart this this high end dealership
Worst Mercedes dealership I've done business with. Not a 5 star experience at all!
