Mercedes - Benz in Honolulu. We own a Mercedes and have always valued the brand for its high standards. Unfortunately, these standards seem to be forgotten in Honolulu. The local sales and service departments have had the same people for years, and sadly, this doesn’t reflect in the quality of service. Their approach drives customers away and undermines the brand’s reputation.
