Big mahalo to the team at Mercedes Benz of Honolulu, especially my service advisor Jeff DeCorte and service manager Lance. Every time I bring my car in, they take great care of me and my ride. I’m that customer who notices everything from tiny scratches to a spot on the rim to even how the car is parked, so yeah, I know I can be “that guy.” But Jeff and Lance have always been patient and made sure every detail is taken care of.
