As an out-of-state customer, we had a wonderful experience in purchase of our GLE450e at Hoffman estate MB dealership. Both Tom and Goeff were excellent professionals and kind human beings. Tom welcomed us so warmly upon entering and later kept checking on us making sure we were comfortable (we only knew later that he was the sales manager). We bought a high roof Sprinter from Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates and honestly it has been a very disappointing experience. The van has had problems from the beginning, including a damaged bumper, and we have been going back and forth with the dealership since March. The van has spent most of this time at their shop for different repairs. Very disappointed with Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. The owner of the compamy I work for purchased a Sprinter from them. From the beginning, the vehicle has had different issues and has been going back and forth to the dealership since March. It has spent months at their shop, and we constantly have to call just to get basic updates. The communication has been very poor and it is always difficult to get a clear answer. Amazing customer service! Their entire team is excellent, from start to finish. Luis and Julian are professional, responsible, reliable, and made the entire process wonderful.
I have purchased multiple sprinters from this dealership. My experience is with on the sales side David Pinly and I came back to buy more I am all the way in Florida and I only buy from this dealership. David was prompt with his response and did not push me to buy a particular vehicle, instead he listened to what my needs were and offered suggestions based on that.
