Very shady dealership and use ALOT of caution before buying anything. I purchased my car from here about 4 years ago and they switched my financing without notifying me beforehand. I was pre-approved with a lender that i wanted to go with but they switched my loan to PNC before I purchased my car without telling me. Even though I had told them that I had a preferred lender that i wanted to use. Second strike was that they didnt tell me about the accident my car had gotten into before I purchased it. We worked with David Pilny while shopping for a sprinter van, and even though we ended up buying elsewhere, he deserves a shout-out. David was thoughtful, patient, and great with our son Dean, including him on the test drive and making him feel comfortable the whole time. He answered every question, was never pushy, and clearly cared about finding the right fit for our family. If you’re looking for a friendly, family-friendly salesperson, ask for David. First thing i would like to thank Julian for helping with the whole process he was amazing to deal with and made the entire process very easy and transparent.
