I believe this review is regarding the BBB complaint posted on 07/24/2022. The General Manager spoke to the customer on 07/25/2022 to assist. The customer stated to him they had a recording or "proof" that corroborated their statement. We asked them to provide their evidence; it has been a week and we have yet to hear a response back. We provided documents signed by the customer that state the negotiated price is the rebate subtracted from the selling price. We follow a consistent process on every sale. After inquiring about a very base model ******** SUV, I was told there would be a $10,000 markup? A text from Bart *********** and reads, Our price for this vehicle is $63520 plus tax, title and license. The selling price include $10,000 market adjustment. Please let me now if you have any more questions. I bought a similar (if not identical) vehicle, new, at MSRP from a local ******** dealership. I am seeing several reviews about the markups at this dealership.
The worst service department ever. They almost killed me because their service department forgot to install a bolt that holds the steering wheel shaft to the car. ***** caused to to come off losing complete control of my amg and steering wheel started to spin freely from the car. When I called them they acted like its no big deal and brushed it off. I was sold a S63 on January 16, 2021. This Dealership in essence sold me a dangerous high performance vehicle as I drove with my wife and kids all the way back to Tennessee with inoperable safety functions on the vehicle. Said vehicle is a ***, was wrecked before I purchased it and is in the shop for the 5th or 6th time with another issue, this time from the rear main seal again, resulting most likely from the minor wreck, so they proclaimed. n Wednesday December 31st, I called and spoke with Ronnie ******* regarding a car that I wanted to lease. Since I live a few hours away, I asked if he could put this car on hold for me until Saturday. He said that he could, all he would need is $1,000 deposit, my social security number, a completed online application and 2 completed/signed documents.
