THE WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever done business with for a car. They do not care about you. They care about the bottom line profit. Mercedes does not stand behind their promises, and this dealership is not far behind. Just to get a live person on the phone is nearly impossible and when you do, they are rude and dismissive.
