I brought my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz of Hampton for a routine oil change. When I later opened the hood, I discovered the engine cover was missing — a large, secured part that was absolutely in place when I dropped the car off. This was the only service performed during that time. I contacted the dealership, and the service director was extremely disrespectful and even hung up on me. Just had a quick stop on my way to Williamsburg as I saw on display that tire pressure was low. The service staff was very professional yet friendly. Briefly explained that the tire pressure for all wheels were within acceptable limits, not to worry and he reset the dashboard display. I was on my merry way!
Had such a great experience at the Mercedes-Benz service center! Joni was super responsible and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Everything was done quickly and carefully, and they even helped me find a missing battery cover. ✌🏻😁
