BEWARE-this place did a supposed $9400 engine “repair” of my 2021 GLE 350 which resulted 36 hours later in spontaneously catching fire at 65 mph and barely escaping with our lives. Within 90 seconds of fireballs initially dropping from the car, it was exploding on side of road. Mercedes claims no responsibility even though they replaced #4 head, cylinder and fuel injector. I guess Mercedes must think normal for their cars to explode because they seem to passing the buck regularly these days.

I wanted to give a shout out to the service department at Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. My wife and I were traveling home from a trip to Carbondale when we encountered a problem with our Mercedes diesel powered RV. We lost power to accelerate and could only maintain 40 to 50 mph.
