bought a car from this dealership with an underlying issue that has not been disclosed, a corroded intake manifold and cracked fuel rail housing due to corrosion. After 3 months of communication back and forth they did not resolve the issue be vigilant.
Once again, in the midst of horrible service for my extended warranty, which covers nothing mercedes bends of gainesville, offered such great service and peace of mind. They bend over backwards to satisfy you.It's amazing. Kudos to the amazing Patrick, eho is my service Representative.

BEWARE-this place did a supposed $9400 engine “repair” of my 2021 GLE 350 which resulted 36 hours later in spontaneously catching fire at 65 mph and barely escaping with our lives. Within 90 seconds of fireballs initially dropping from the car, it was exploding on side of road. Mercedes claims no responsibility even though they replaced #4 head, cylinder and fuel injector. I guess Mercedes must think normal for their cars to explode because they seem to passing the buck regularly these days.
