Not happy. We bought a used (2018) E300 from these folks. Drove 8 hours to purchase this car. Car was showing a code when we arrived. Before leaving dealership, "No problem" sales manager said. He told us to get it repaired at our local dealership in Knoxville. We said fine, after all, this must be a reputable company, right? We took it in and a partial repair was completed but the balance of the repair was rejected by MB Fredericksburg. They promised! 5 stars all around! From the first phone call to Lucas, to the upfront and fair negotiations with the GM, to driving off with the vehicle. It was an extremely painless process. We highly recommend this dealership!
Went in for a service A. I was at the dealership for 5 hours. Plus the price just to have mercedes-benz do it is crazy. Never again. Jiffy lube it is lol.
Mercedes Benz Roadside dispatched tow for my vehicle to be taken to Mercedes of Fredericksburg. Tow company took before and after photos of my vehicle. My vehicle was kept overnight. Upon picking up my car the following day. My windshield was cracked. The service manager Dan and team talked to me as if I'm clueless and fed me a generic Customer service Value statement to deflect responsibility.
