**Extremely Disappointed with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell – 0 Stars** I am utterly disappointed with the service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell. I scheduled a windshield replacement for my GLC a month in advance, well aware that such repairs require proper preparation and scheduling. Called 3 times trying to schedule a appointment and get a possible route only to be transferred all 3 times to service department to end up each time getting voicemail that was full only way to leave message was too have extension number called back 4th time same day and ask to leave my name number with front person to give to someone to call me back it's been almost a week no call back made appointment with a independent shop which was hard to find because most shops don't work on these cars unfortunately maybe that's why d... read more

We have had issues in the past with services not being explained. I decided against my better judgement to schedule service once again in the hopes that things would be better. The appointment was scheduled over the phone. A day of work was adjusted to take the vehicle there during lunch and return to work. After arriving and getting checked in, my partner was told we had an issue with our previous service and we are no longer welcome at their dealership for service. I'm from Atlanta and had one of my 23" tires go flat with no ability to repair 7 hours from home. These tires are on back order but my local Atlanta dealer had ONE and was able to overnight it to the Ft. Mitchell dealership thanks to the help of the Ft. Mitchell parts manager Rob - He made a very stressful situation much easier. Then, when I arrived to the dealership, I was so fortunate to work with Matt in service.
