I brought my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz Brooklyn on April 9th for an electrical issue preventing the car from starting. Their towing service delivered it to the dealership, and I paid $544.36 for initial diagnostic expecting professional service and communication. I would leave 0 stars. The people here are the most unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional people ever. They make excuses to not talk or solve your problems. I want everyone to know that you ARE ENTITLED TO CANCEL ANY WARRANTY, ANY GAP CONTRACT BEFORE THE THIRTY DAYS. They try to tell you that you cannot before the thirty days but that is A LIE. Terrible Experience! Every Single Salesperson, Staff Member and Manager only cares about their next Sale!
