Bought a used vehicle from Foothill ranch and Transmission went out within 2 months. Called GM and he said he couldn't help because i bought it as is. If i known that it was a lemon i wouldn't have bought it.. They let me know that they had their mechanics look it over and nothing was wrong with it...I felt i was buying the vehicle from a well known dealership and they would foresure take care of their customers. Never assume

Not like any other mercedes benz dealership. Always short on loaners and have terrible customer service. First off, you have to call multiple times to get through to someone in the service department for an appointment. Left voice messages are never returned. Worst of all, they are never accomadting. As an example of today's encounter, I needed a service on my car, so I called last week to make an appointment. They said they don't have a loaner till today, so I waited a week for this appointment. Just went in to service 2020 gls 580 for a service A and the service advisor, *****, quoted $550 for an oil change/filter/visual inspection. I called earlier in the week and the service operator said they cant quote exact price but starts at $299, which should have been a red flag already. ***** gave an explanation that its based on vin#, options on car, different capacity of oil, options, etc. Shocked at the ******** answers and the run around. Arrived with a cashiers check, was told they need to see the check cut in front of them and refused to call the bank to verify the check, even though this is a bank they do business with, and they originally said it will not be a problem at all. They were obviously upset their repeated requests to run credit were denied, as financing was already in place with the bank. After many attempt to have Foothill Ranch Mercedes service manager to contact me, the service advisor finally calls me back telling me that they will take care of the toll road issue that I got charged for when their worker took my car on some joy ride. With no apology, made it sound like as if they’re doing me a favor. They have the worst customer service! Brought my car in to fix my trunk however the service writer David K** never followed up until I had to go out of my way to see my car status after a week. He asked for extended test drive without disclosing to put over 250 miles. I was already upset that dealer couldn’t fix the trunk, added 250miles and when I dropped off my car was full tank and of course the dealer returned my car empty.
