This has to be the worst Mercedes dealership I’ve ever seen it shares a lot with Chevy and BMW. They have zero merchandise and it’s just dirty lowdown. I would never buy a car here or anything.
Made a diagnostic appointment was having trouble with car not properly cranking. Arrived at 8 am on time, checked in, took shuttle to go back home to take do some stuff til was ready. By 10:30 tech sent video with recommendations, agreed to have a battery replaced with advisor around 11:00 am. Long story short car was not finish until 3:45 and that was after had called at 1:00 was told still in service, arrived at Mercedes at 2 still in service.
