I took my vehicle to the Mercedes-benz dealership in Florence south Carolina and they keep my vehicle for nearly 6 months for a replacement key, they let my battery die parked my S550 4matic under a tree and it had tree sapp all over it they broke a tie rod while moving it but they did repaired it. Felt like I was dealing with a shade tree mechanic
Great staff and super customer service from Zack and Joel and the young lady that works with Zack..Zack is the man.
Outstanding experience with Scott⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Scott made buying our recent car easy and stress-free. He listened, was honest, never pressured us, and handled everything quickly and professionally. Highly recommend him — one of the best salespeople we’ve dealt with
My check engine light came on when traveling from NC to FL and luckily we were close to the Florence SC Mercedes. The team there really took care of us, kept us updated and fixed the car. Special spout out to Zach who really went above and beyond trying to help us figure out the best option so we didn’t miss our vacation. Thank you to everyone who helped us!!
