I took my Mercedes E350 to be repaired about a month ago because the check engine light was on and my gas needle was always on "E" regardless. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks, which caused me to have to rent a car for 3 straight weeks. When I got my car back, the check engine light came back on and my gas needle went back to"E" 24 hours later, even with a full tank of gas. The issue had returned. My parents were driving on I95 from New York to Florida and they had a problem with the wheel on their SL 550 which is like my father's baby! They had to exit and find a Mercedes Dealership and met Jay! He was the most helpful man ever. He went over and beyond through the entire process of helping them get to Florida and babysitting the car. He saw it through from ordering the part and waiting until it came in, was fixed, and then shipped to them a week later. He was the best. The world should be full of people like him.
