BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Here's my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes' Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I just took my Jeep Rubicon to Oxen-dale Jeep in Cottonwood and they were excellent. Flagstaff Mercedes Service doesn't return phone calls or emails, they rarely answer their telephone.
