BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Here's my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes' Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I just took my Jeep Rubicon to Oxen-dale Jeep in Cottonwood and they were excellent. Flagstaff Mercedes Service doesn't return phone calls or emails, they rarely answer their telephone. 1 . Our lease was up on our 2017 Mercedes GLC Coupe we loved so much, we decided to lease another one. This was our biggest mistake we made & wanted you to be aware of our experience. This place is a joke. Purchased a vehicle nearly three months ago and still waiting on the registration. I have received the excuse of “DMV is backlogged” which I found hilarious since I paid registration for my other vehicle and received the registration tags 3 days later. Then the excuse was, “oh we are waiting for the bank to send us the title for the vehicle you purchased.” And the latest was “we received the title and I am hand walking everything to DMV tomorrow morning; you will have your tags in three day.” That was t... read more
