This place realy suck! I supposed to pick up a *** 750 may 19th and they had sold it to somone else without telling me the car car was sceduled for pick up and after a 5hr ride down there i was one ****** off customer hope this unprofessional dealer ship closes down i fire everyone working there if i where in charge!
Had my vehicle there in October 2021 for its first oil change. Oil light has been on ever since saying reduce the level. I already took it back and they acted like I was crazy since the oil level light inside showed it was fine and they just drained a little oil off. Light still comes on within 15 minutes of driving. I have contacted them multiple times and so has my husband and we have had zero response with the exception of Sheri stating that they won't have a loaner available until December for me to leave the vehicle ove... read more
I dropped my car off Saturday , 3/27/2020. I told the two individuals that I was going to Greensboro and what time does the dealership close. I was told 5pm. My car appointment was at 11 am and I drop my care off at 9 am. I had asked for estimate for spark plugs. It was around 2 pm or so I call to find out the status because I had to get back to pick up my car and I had not heard anything.
