Harry and Anthony the service advisor and manager came through last minute with a quick solution and helped me not feel like I’m getting screwed over, service was as good as your can humanly get with their busy location, I’m impressed
Appointment was easy to book online. I was in and out in a couple of hours and my warranty repair was handled.
We’ve been clients for +10 years… Second time bringing in our brand new GLC - had the car for 5 months and already check engine went off and the LED lights shut off while we were driving (we bought this new from Fairfield Mercedes) Service manager couldn’t provide a service vehicle as he said all 80 loaners were out (80…) part of the benefits of buying from them and they couldn’t even provide that.
