The team at Fairfield Mercedes do a great job with customer experience. I am always greeted when I come in and helped quickly. They let me know when my car will be ready and are realistic with their timeframe - and deliver on what they say. I also appreciate their follow through. For example, when I first came here a couple years ago, they didn't have many service loaners and I had brought that up to the manager - he kindly explained what was going on (circumstances beyond their control) and that they were working on it.
