I had a bad experience with this dealership once with the finance manager on a saturday evening and then the manager called us on monday and tried to make it right , and i asked my son to take down the bad review , and he did. Then i reached out to them today and the finance manager was telling me he cannot fix the 3 dents that they agreed to fix, before my son took down the bad review. Distrust and bias are inherent in my experience with Mercedes of Bellevue, which is a classic example of poor service. I feel embarrassed to have dealt with this dealership - total white trash as it comes. We leased our 2023 Mercedes EQE at the beginning of 2024, but by the end of the third quarter of 2026, our family needed to break the lease and transition to another EQE. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than two weeks ago, and the car has already developed multiple serious issues, including a charging system failure and malfunctioning controls that required replacement. I immediately took the vehicle to an official Tesla Service Center, where technicians confirmed that the charging issue was not caused by weather or user operation, but was due to a pre-existing condition within the vehicle’s system. The sales was great but they did not honor my maintenance contract because I was not aware that it had a time limit on it. Very disappointing that they took my money for over two years and would not honor it. I will never do business with them again. I have already purchased a new Lincoln and will ever buy another Mercedes.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from the Mercedes-Benz of Richmond service department on Broad Street, specifically from service agent Summer Price. These guys bought a car from me. Told me the whole time I'd leave with a check if I made it to do all paperwork before a certain time. Didn't pay. Then said they'd pay the next day when they asked me to come fill out paperwork they forgot.
