RecommendedDave Uva and Matthew Ansong are fantastic members of the Penske team— while they’re mostly on the sales side, they have been incredibly helpful and responsive as a new Mercedes owner. Any questions I have or issues that arise are quickly addressed and taken care of. Even if it’s not their department they are quick to find the right people to assist. Buying a car at MB of Fairfield was the best decision I have made. It feels like family.
The service was horrible. I dropped my car off for a recall on my sunroof. Not only did they leave dirty fingerprints on my headliner and my hood. I dropped it off at 8:30am 10/21 and got it back with a dead battery because someone left my lights and stereo on. Instead of charging the battery they tried to get me to purchase two new ones. The batteries where changed in June of this yr. The service manager wouldn’t return my calls to check on the status. I had an incredible service experience at Mercedes Benz of Fairfield. Johnny Yoeun is the best service manager I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. He took care of me like family, updated me once my service was finished and the results were stellar. Joyce Croteau and her excellent team have given 5 star service to me on every visit. I would recommend this dealership and their service department without hesitation.

Great experience. Found the car I wanted and drove it off the lot in less than a day. Vincent Castelli was an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable salesperson who shared my love of cars and made sale very smooth. Everyone at the dealership was great.
