I was pretty disappointed I live in Las Cruces and I called on Thursday to see if they were open on Saturday for service, I let the service advisor know I was from out of town and he said that that was fine just be there early to be there as it was a first come first serve, sure sounds fair enough. Really appreciate the staff (William and Jeffrey) and service at MB El Paso. I was halfway through a 4000 mile roadtrip when an assortment of warning lights popped up on my Sprinter dash. MB El Paso was able to fit me into their schedule and quickly diagnose a failed wheel speed sensor. They also made time to do a brake flush while I had the rig in and had me back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend!
I’m really disappointed with my experience purchasing a car from Mercedes, specifically with the salesperson Mario. From the beginning, I was told my car would be ready at a certain time, but that ended up being false. I followed up multiple times, and still my car wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting two full weeks because I was told it was in the body shop being taken care of. Mercedes-Benz? More Like Mechanical Breakdown Benz I traded in my 2023 GLE 450 because it couldn’t go a few months without lighting up the check engine light. After repeated issues and a complete loss of trust, I gave Mercedes another chance (shame on me, I guess?) and drove off in a CLA instead.
