The way they GOUGE is insane!! I’ve had multiple repairs done because it doesn’t ever last… i recently had to get a simple gas lid latch replaced and the part costs $100 but labor would cost $480. My total was $620 for a simple gas lid latch replacement!!! STUPID.

I was pretty disappointed I live in Las Cruces and I called on Thursday to see if they were open on Saturday for service, I let the service advisor know I was from out of town and he said that that was fine just be there early to be there as it was a first come first serve, sure sounds fair enough. My only day off I go to El Paso I left town at 6 am to make it to Mercedes as soon as its service department opened at 7:30 am .
