Christina is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful parts person i have ever had to deal with. Couldn't recommend anywhere else to acquire weird or very specific old mercedes parts going back to the 80's.
Yes Lord... I thank God for Keith in the parts dept, that helped me locate a part I needed.He went above and beyond to help me and I was so grateful that I will drive there for anything I need instead of the closer location. Great customer service.
I came in and was greeted by the support team who was very accommodating. My advisor was Seth who was very friendly and professional and address all of my concerns. My mechanic was Pryce who did my A Service and provided me a video of the walkthrough which I’ve never experienced before and was quite informative. Thank you all for your help!
I had my 2023 Merceds GLB SUV serviced at Mercedes Benz of Durham and had a terrific experience. My service rep, Seth, was kind, considerate, and provided a detailed explanation of what to expect with my B1 service. He offered suggestions for optimizing the life cycle of my tires, and was an overall consummate professional. The customer service in the Service Department was excellent. I highly recommend Mercedes of Durham!
