If I could give a zero star review for this place, I would. I ordered a part for my back gate. Got it all hooked up, the part didn't even TRY to work. They of course have this NO RETURN policy. Must be nice selling no working parts to customers. Great way to make money, huh. Didn't even offer to just replace it with one that works. It doesn't change the fact that I spent hundreds of dollars for a part that doesn't work. Did it ever accur to them that I still need the part? Just one that works. Jeez...... Horrible experience. Dishonest service department. After visiting this dealership for a service issue, not alone will I never visit this dealership ever again, I will also never buy a ******** vehicle ever again. I highly recommend going to another ******** dealership if you want honest service and accountability. The issue started as a computer failure on the vehicle. “Doing the Right Thing.” That is Daimler’s integrity code. “The best or nothing.” That is the Mercedes-Benz slogan. Those messages somehow got lost in translation from Stuttgart to Draper because my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Draper was a complete failure on both counts.
