The price changes a few times on me for the service I needed for my Mercedes. However in the end, Jeremy in service is the best when negotiating. The only thing I was displeased with was the trash left in my car from the (3) drivers that brought it back. There were empty Coca Cola bottle and 1/2 full and pepper wrappers in the front. It smelled like fast food and I don’t eat for drink in my car other than water.
Service staff, Patrick and Jeremy, were personable, quick to serve and helpful when service was completed. While waiting for our car all staff that passed by were very hospitable. Couldn’t ask for more from a dealership. Would definitely recommend their service to all Mercedes owners. We didn’t buy our car there but our next car may come from there. Great staff!

Dothan is the best we got the car within one day delivered. Beautiful ride and seamless process. Could not be happier. My wife loves the car. Nick the GM and Patrick service manager are excellent. Great dealership.
