I had a recall on my Sprinter Van, when I arrived the Service team knew who I was and greeted me. I had a cup of coffee in the waiting area and about time I finished the coffee they had my Van ready. Thank you for taking care of my Van.
For a luxury car dealer, the service staff is lacking. I brought my Airstream MB Sprinter in for two recalls, "A" service and to get a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) update performed, explaining that the cruise control shuts off after about 15 minutes if no other vehicles are detected. I showed the CSR the TSB number to which he rudely replied, "That doesn't mean it pertains to your vehicle."
