I would give a zero rating if I could but one star is the lowest possible. I have been a customer of this dealership for 13 years. My 2014 Mercedes 350E has 12,000 miles on it and the interior smells like old tennis shoes. Mercedes Benz US has reached a legal settlement on this issue as it is a problem for mosts of the MB fleet, and under the settlement it is required to remediate the smell.
