Horrible experience!!!beware they came their customers quoted me something when I get the bill was double! Almost 8k to fix air conditioner part that was about 150 dollars! I called got quotes from other places including other ******** and they quoted half the price! This situated has been going on for almost a year since May of 2023 I purchased a E 450 coupe that had a small list 11 items that needed to be corrected. MBCG kept my car for almost (In the course of a year) 4 months and only repairing 1 or 2 items each time HORRIBLE SERVICE this last situation I met with the service manager ******************************* he was aware of all the unrealized promises so he agreed to do all that was remaining 5 issues and 2 new ones and change out my oil at no cost to me. Unfortunately same HORRIBLE experience every time we go for service. I purchased 3 cars in this dealer, this was the LAST ONE Is like if they are doing you a favor when you go for service. ***************** They dont know what that is and if you want an appointment is 20 days of waiting, no loaners etc. AWFUL ??
I cant stress enough what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE me and my husband encountered at this dealership..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. After being approved for the vehicle they gave us the worst time in the world to get the car.
