Regardless of whatever is going on with my car, I never dread going to the Mercedes-Benz of Colorado. I am always treated as a priority. The service team makes sure that you are comfortable while you wait and your needs are meeting it is within their control.
If I could give this review no stars, I would. After over a decade of dedication to this dealership with regards to both purchasing and service, we will absolutely NOT be returning. Not only am I confident that further damage was done while our vehicles were in for service, they wanted to charge us for work that was under warranty. I also have reason to believe we were charged for services that were never rendered or even necessary.
