Staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. The waiting area was very clean. Service was done in a reasonable amount of time.
I came here for a routine service and I only had software updates to be done. They had my car for a day and a half and I was getting updates from my service agent the entire time. But after picking up, I noticed some additional issues like a screeching noice from the brakes. I had to schedule another appointment to get that looked at. This time, they checked and fixed the brakes in a day and I was able to pick it up the same day. The service agent was very helpful and communicative throughout the process.
Came in with a check engine light left the van for 24 hours overnight came back started driving the van again checked engine light is still on. They did not get to the bottom of the problem when I have some time I guess I will take it back and cross my fingers. This is a brand new van with 1300 miles on it.
