I use to get my cars from another dealership but Jeff Boraks was so great and very professional I switched and got my new car through Mercedes Benz Coconut Creek. Not only was Jeff attentive to my needs, but was quick and found exactly what I wanted in my car in a timely manner. I would recommend Jeff Boraks to anyone I know looking for a new Mercedes.
I am extremely disappointed at this “luxury dealership”. It was my first time at this dealership but I’m a Mercedes client for over 15 years. I went to trade in my old lease to a brand new car. At the sales point it was all flowers and then the nightmare began. The same day the airbag light turned on, and I had to leave my brand new car at the dealer for another 4 days so they could fix it, then they took a payment from my account that they were not supposed to. Excellent service, great concern of customer, received and made time to check the Check Engine light in my car, even with no appointment…. Outstanding service…!!! Thanks to Liz and her team…!!!
Came back because the customer service was good the first time but the second time the valet, Thorton, made me reconsider my decision. He asked what am I getting done I said wheel repair and instead of saying sorry I didn’t get what you said he kept thinking I’m getting a oil change multiple times and when I got tired of repeating myself I had to make sure he stopped what he was doing and made sure he heard me then he showed attitude until I asked for his name from my service advisor, then he tried to be best friends.
APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WHEN NO TECH WERE AVAILABLE AND WAS GIVEN MISINFORMATION ON THE PHONE REGARDING OIL CHANGE. I ONLY HAD VAN FOR 4 MONTHS. IM VERY SURPRISED THAT THE A/C WENT OUT
