When I called to schedule My appointment through the call center, I was told that they don’t give out loaner cars for Service A. Come to find out when I dropped my car off , that they actually do but the call center was misinformed. They had my car all day. From 8:40 until 6pm. So a loaner car would have been useful. But other than that, the service was great!!
Great Service. Text and phone calls from the service advisor keep you updated. The car was finished on the promised day.
I recently purchased a great BMW 850 convertible from this Mercedes dealer and the whole experience was very positive. I live out of town, so working with Grant Pilman made the whole transaction so much more manageable than I thought it would be. Grant was honest and open during the price discussion, and very helpful in getting the car inspected at the local BMW dealer for me, as well as helping to prepare everything before I get there to pick up the vehicle in person.
