My experience from first call to describe and schedule my repair to completion exceeded my expectations.
This is a trustworthy dealership and has very capable mechanics / technicians. The techs are focused on customer service as are the service advisors. Great communication is also notable. Cost is commensurate with the level of competency. Worth the money for sure. They always have the vehicle washed when they deliver it back to you. MB Cincinnati repaired my 2013 E350 coupe. Walker my service advisor kept me informed on when the repairs were complex and when I could pick up my car. I’ll definitely be using MB Cincinnati for all my service needs. I recently had my yearly service done at MB Cincinnati. As always it was easy to schedule and was completed in a short time frame as I waited for my car. This was my first time at this location since it’s my second service since having my Mercedes. I previously went there for a tire issue and decided that this location was much better for me versus going out to West Chester for service.. like Mercedes-Benz, Fort Mitchell and West Chester locations you won’t be disappointed with the service
