I love my new car, the GLA 250, which is my first time purchasing a SUV. This is my 4th Mercedes. Sierra, my salesperson, was so helpful. She was informative, patient, knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. Great listener to my needs and wants. I wasn't sure I would buy a car that day. But, she and her manager made it so workable. Great follow-up 3 weeks later. That is service.
The greeting at the service bay doors instructing me what to do as I was driving up was awesome and Adam Beckman as my Service Advisor was great! Very authentic and friendly people!
Amir is easy going and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing me. He’s very patient with all the questions I had as well.
