feel totally ripped off by the Service Advisor, Adam Beckman. My Mercedes Sprinter went into "limp mode" 20 miles outside of O'Fallon. I pulled into a truck stop and they did a Computer engine scan. Truck mechanic said we needed a Mercedes dealer for maintenance. Adam Beckman at Plaza Mercedes in O'Fallon said if you start it 3 times and the "Check Engine" light will go out (wrong).
