I used the service at this store and would strongly advise against it. I had a tire protection plan, and my car had only around 15,000 miles. Despite this, they recommended replacing the tires, which should not be necessary at such low mileage. Assuming it was a genuine tire issue, I proceeded with the replacement and was charged approximately $1,000. This made no sense to me. One of the beat Mercedes Benz dealership in south jersey. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
No one picks up service phone number and never return your call. The people answering the phones have no idea about the services offered. Clear disconnect between all of the service providers at the front who all told me different things about how long it would take me car to be serviced
