Was never told of 2 recalls on my vehicle - found out by looking at the notes on a service receipt. When I inquired, they said it would take all day and I should get a loaner. I tried to schedule and the confirmation came back w/o a loaner. I phoned and the woman was very abrasive but told me if I switch the date I could have the loaner, but they'd put a $200 hold on my card. Service advisor Brig Pietras is very knowledgeable and amazing. She is always so helpful and is able to resolve issues. Extremely happy with my recent visit to the Mercedes of Cherry Hill.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership/service department. I initially brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic service. The following day, I was informed that my vehicle was ready, but they could not locate my keys, which also had two additional keys attached. As a result, I was inconvenienced with an additional day without my vehicle while they arranged to have a replacement key made. Throughout this situation, no accommodations were offered. No one enjoys taking their vehicle in for service or repairs. But its good to know at Cherry.Hill Mercedes, it's easy to make appointments.The accommodations are comfortable if you're waiting for your car and they give you a complimentary car wash, who can beat that.

My cup holder was broken during my A3 service. I know for a fact it wasn't broken when I got there. I swear on my dead mother's life. And my advisor and the store manager dismissed and the issue. Saying the service i received no one had any business in my car. Very dismissive and wasn't willing to resolve the problem. I was in total distress and they did absolutely nothing. The customer at the Cherry Hill New Jersey stinks, it use to be a nice experience now its like taking your car to a regular neighborhood auto place.
