I’ve had a terrible experience with this dealership’s service department from the moment I purchased my vehicle. It started with a 48V battery issue that left the car unable to start. I was given the runaround for weeks before they finally agreed to fix it. Most recently, I brought the car in to check for two front tire leaks and address two open recalls. If I can give one suggestion, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! When I drove 45 minutes, and made arrangements with Tige Viitale prior to me coming, I was told that the online price wasn't valid and they added on an extra 10k to their msrp, and 5k in additional dealership fees!!! Tige Vitale even stated the price of the car doesn't matter unless you pay cash... it's the monthly payment what counts. Which is absolutely false. I repeat, do not go to this dealership. I got serviced (with luck) for my tires & they let me know I had another issue that needed fixing but the parts department was closed. So I picked the car up. Since then, I've been trying to get a quote for the second issue. But that's impossible. No one answers the phone or calls you back. The service scheduler is not sure about pricing, and will transfer you to the voicemails of other service agents. Been trying for over two weeks lol. Taking my car to a Mercedes in PA.
