That lady whose name Megen! Pls can u check her attitude,she is not professional,she was so ugly on phone. Before buying car we explained to her that we have different address on driver license she told its ok,no worries I can send to u ur plates number to ur current address and after buying car after one week she said u should to go dmv and change ur driver license why now she is telling? I told the first day that I can’t change my driver license!!!!!!!! I need help from manager for mistakes their ladies consultant
I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After purchasing a vehicle, there were ongoing issues with communication and the handling of my paperwork, including multiple credit inquiries that I did not clearly authorize. I would recommend being extremely cautious and making sure everything is documented in writing before proceeding. Based on my personal experience, I’d also suggest avoiding working with Pete, as my interactions with him felt pushy and unprofessional.
Have been trying to cancel Wheel and Tire, etc protections for a week now. Still no update at all.
