Just had my first service experience at Cherry Hill Porsche & it was a 10 out of 10. Sylvia did a great job of making sure my car was taken care of!
Kudos to David Masserini who was my service consultant!! Recently had my 2020 C4S Cabriolet in for an unexpected service and he went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved. He is to be commended. Job well done.
Jackie R. was supremely helpful. She was SUPER responsive and down to earth. I came in first thing was out the door by lunch. She even hooked my son up with Hot Wheels 911 - ha. Would 100% recommend Jackie at Porsche Cherry Hill, along with Marc and Phil.
I have to write a negative review about Pete Sapienza. That's the financial closer. Pete made a deal with me, at the signing of the financial docs he totally changed the deal. Basically Pete actually forgot what the deal was until I reminded him. I myself will not be purchasing a car from this dealer again. I don't like two faced people. Typical used car salesman at a high end import dealer.
