I’ve been to a few Mercedes dealerships in a few states. This one was by far the most disappointing one. The service department did not reflect the standards typically associated with Mercedes-Benz dealerships. 1. There was no greeting upon arrival. Customers should not have to choose someone to approach. At other Mercedes-Benz dealerships, guests are greeted immediately and directed appropriately, often using an iPad-based check-in process. 2. Review of the Parts Department: Such a nice, positive experience two separate times as a new customer working with Cody and Justin. Incredibly helpful people and made the whole process feel so seamless. They put in extra effort so I have to give them credit.
