Worst experience ever. Used 70k Car has been in service for 4 months and not coming out anytime soon.
We had our car serviced yesterday. Three things did not go well: the dealership noticed that the inspection sticker was out of date. They did not call us and tell us that or just go ahead and do the inspection so now we have to schedule a separate appointment to do that. They said that they don’t do service without consent from the customer even though the inspection is only $20 and the price they charged for the oil change and air filter change was over $1200. Came in for a standard oil change, the waiting room and staff are very accommodating.
I want to start this review by saying that the previous sales manager and salesman that worked at this dealership have since left. They were kind, thoughtful people that always looked out for me and my car. Moving onto the reason I'm writing this review. I stopped by to receive an appraisal on a vehicle that I purchased from Arash approximately a year ago. Been trying to call can’t get thru. One ring hang up. My car has been in there and all they do is diagnose charge u and I have to pick up a car with a tow truck because it still don’t work. Oh it’s this let’s replace this. 2500 for a starter. Nobody will call me to discuss this. Car still dont work now they want to charge another 2900 and that will fix it.
