Don't come here. We had a car that was promised complimentary detailing services, the car was dropped off in the morning. First thing; attitude from the worker. Then, detailing services were not performed at all, work was done around noon. We took a trip all the way to Charlottesville and dropped the car off, so we went to do some shopping and wait for the car. We were never notified they finished with the car. I will never recommend Mercedes of Charlottesville. I am a single girl, going to purchase myC300 2025 last year and I was very clear on my end that I wanted to use my bank for financing. However, they tricked me on signing my loan through their recommended bank which the rates were higher and when I called them to tell them how disappointed I was for tricking me to make a sales that day. Made an appointment for an oil change and still had to wait 2 hours
The worst experience I have ever experienced at a Mercedes dealership. I have owned 5 S-Class Mercedes and serviced the in multiple states and never once had to tow my car after I being at this facility for nearly a month. When it arrived to me with the same exact problem it was towed in for ( bad gas) which was disclosed to the service representative prior to the vehicle arriving at the dealership on a tow truck.
