Scheduling was quick and easy. Friendly staff. The problem started when I received a call from the service rep saying my battery light came on at some point during the service. The rep said my battery failed a load test and that I needed a new battery that would cost $900. My battery light had never come on previously. I declined. I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Centerville. Dylan went above and beyond to help me by making the whole service process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership. It’s by far and large the best experience I’ve ever had at a Mercedes dealership.
Very difficult to work with. I tried booking an appointment online, but the site will not advance to book the appointment. So I tried to call and book the appointment, but it only ever goes to voicemail. We'll see if I get a call back.
