UPDATED and 2 stars removed 2 years later….I just want to add that I bought a used convertible. The driver side window whistled above 50mph. The service dept guy said I could “play with the foam between the window and the soft top”. I think he said fixing it would be expensive and not worth it. I figured it was something I would have to live with. So I never drove the car in the rain! But I just found the best foreign car service company on Tylersville in West Chester. I got my “welcome to the mercedes-benz family moment” today. I walked into the dealership to talk about purchasing a vehicle. the salesman did not want to help me. Told me I was wrong about a vehicle priced in oklahoma by a Mercedes dealership, wouldn’t even call to verify. He told me he wasn’t interested in the vehicle so he wouldn’t call. the brand is so luxurious I guess i was expecting that to translate into the service. but I guess not. sales or not.
I was recently in the market for a new car and Erin H. went above and beyond! She's amazing. I could not recommend her more highly.
