Excellent service, go see Reggie he is extremely helpful. He showed us a wagon and we were sold on it, but they didn’t have the color. He was able to locate one that another dealer would exchange. Then the focus shift to the glb since it was easier to get in and out of. Reggie was extremely patient as we switch cars after he spent all that time to negotiate with the other dealer and us on the price. We ended up getting the GLB, what a straight up process. I have two Mercedes vehicles, and I will no longer take either of them to Mercedes-Benz of Centerville due to their poor service and lack of accountability. I was charged for a window repair that was never completed. When the issue persisted and the car was brought back, their own service video confirmed the original repair had not been done at all.
