Ali Asad did an excellent job helping me explore various Mercedes models. He was very professional and was always prepared when I came to the dealership to test drive cars. His preparation made my visits to the dealership very efficient. He also worked very hard to find the right car for me, which I very much appreciated.
Took care of me and gave me a loaner car while I was waiting for service B.
Calls to the customer service at this dealership were not answered or had to be waited for a long time. Service advisors were not easily accessible. The finance manager was impatient and rude. The level of service at this dealership does not match the brand name. Mercedes should consider another partner in this fast-growing market.
They changed my alignment from "Red" to "Green" values, from "Bad to Good" I guess, however the alignment gave me severe uneven wear on the tire and eventually disintegrated after like 7month/5000miles. Even their worksheet noted 7mm tread evenly on all 4 tires when the car was brought in.
