I found the customer service and overall experience at the dealership to be exceptional, all work performed on my vehicle was explained to me in detail prior to the service being performed, the inspection video and electronic paperwork was great to see and have for record. In all, the overall experience was everything you would expect to see from Mercedes-Benz. I would have given this review 6 stars, but unfortunately l was disappointed at the end of my visit when I was charged an additional 3% on to my $1,400.00 service for... read more
