Terrible customer service. I expected delivery of my car next month, was told two weeks ago that there was a problem getting the leather seats I chose, that I should order vinyl seats because they were more durable. (clearly they wanted to sell me a car on their lot). I understand that people make mistakes, but nobody apologized or tried to help me get the specific car I wanted. Took my business elsewhere.
Steve has been our service manager for 8 years. After owning many different models of Mercedes, Steve always goes above and beyond when managing any issues that come up with our cars. It is always 5 star service.
Our service advisor has been outstanding for more than 10 years. He is always helpful and I fully trust what he says is needed. He went to bat for us with MBUSA when a prior car had an issue just out of the warranty period and they helped us out.
I had a very good experience with repairing my sprinter van. Highly recommend. Thank you.

My Sprinter ran out of DPF Fluid, the Dash Light came on, I filled the DPF Tank and the light wouldn't go out, then it did a count down, 9 Starts left, then 8,7,6... Called to make an appointment, the scheduler said 2 weeks, then I told him about the number of starts left and they told me to bring it the next day and they would get to it in 1 or 2 days, it worked out perfect.
