I came in to order some parts and it was a horrible experience from the start. At the reception there were two guys — one of them was eating, the smell of onions all over the place, very unprofessional. The other one, wearing glasses, was even worse. His attitude was like he owned Mercedes itself. He answered me in a rushed, dismissive way, almost like he wanted me out of there. this hispanic guy at parts department very rude and talks nasty. Even if you’re being nice he got attitude and thinks he’s talking to his friends to the customers

First of all the part guy is rude and not helpful. Second, if you use credit card they charge you additional 2.99%

First of all the guy is in parts department is sooo rude I drove 1 hour all the way from longisland he gives me the part price over the phone 180$ when I walk in to the parts department he changes the price 340$ and again he is very rude waste my 2 hours ..
