On our way from Seattle to SLC the yellow Check Engine light came on in our Sprinter 3500XD camper van. Without an appointment, we stopped by Lyle Pearson MB Boise to have it checked out. They are the busiest and only certified Sprinter service center for a large area. Despite that, Jackson A. was kind and accommodating and told us they would squeeze us in as the schedule would allow it. And even though it did not pan out to be anything, kudos to Jackson for his willingness to help. Well done Jackson!
My Mercedes went in for PCV code, that code is under warranty, I took it in and they got it taken care of quick no questions asked, if you have a problem Alan will fairly resolve it, great job guys!

Desperate to fix my transmission issue in Ketchum ID, i dropped off my Sprinter van with MB of Boise. Jackson and his techs had me back on the road in short order! I’m so grateful at their efforts to help a weary & anxious traveler.
Taylor was great! Loved our Cadillac we bought, had it pulled up front, washed and ready for us. Got us extra pictures I requested as well. Great doing business with him and Lyle Pearson Mercedes! Highly Recommend!
