RecommendedThe service here is EXCELLENT. The Service Department has the very BEST talent (shout out to Steve C. Who always takes the very best care of us and our vehicle!). We have bought all of our Mercedes here over the past 15 years. Impeccable service from the GM of Sales to each and every Person in Service. The car is always cleaned and sanitized upon return. Highly recommend MB North!

Recommendedgreat selection and awesome customer service. online shopping experience was great. I called and told them what I was interested in, and in less than 15 minutes I was approved. got to bring my new vehicle home the same day. ashley and John were great. and the rest of the sales team were so friendly too. I love that I didn't feel hounded or forced into something like some places.

RecommendedThis was my first experience at Mercedes in Greensburg and probably my best experience overall in the last 5 years!!! Dave (an older gentleman at the front desk, one of the managers) is so friendly and goes above and beyond for you. All of the employees I came into contact with yesterday were polite and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things! :)

The sales department is great but the service department is very poor. Why buy a top class AMG when the service is is very poor???? Very disappointed and not at all like it use to be in the past.

This dealership should be ashamed of itself. I went in with my Father In Law to purchase a car off lease and they tried to throw an additional $5,000 on top of the lease buy out plus sales tax over what simply going to MBFS website was. This is how they treat a client who has leased $250,000 in vehicles from them in just the past 3 years. Absolutely shameful, I guarantee you he has sourced his last car from this dealership. I believe the person calling the shots was Tamara Criswell - Sales Manager no less.
