After having my car for just 6 years, my spouse having his for 3 years, Mercedes-Benz is terminating all mbrace connectivity for 2018 and older models, with no alternative solution and refusing to stand by their product. Called service department to ask how much to install genuine Mercedes illuminated star I received for Christmas on my 2023 GLC 300. “We may have to replace whole body harness. This is very expensive could be $10k+.” Gave my VIN# but had no idea. I have no distronic option. Waste of time calling and about $9,800 more expensive than other Mercedes dealerships.
One of their employees driving reckless speeds at high speeds in heavy terrific tried to pass me on the right hand shoulder. Both lanes were backed up. He continued to drive reckless with their dealer plates in and out of traffic. Called and was brushed off. Dashcam video being sent to cooperate since they seem to be ok with their employees endangering others lives on the interstate
