Hi, writing this review after a 6 months then the incident happened. My husband and I walked into this dealership without appointment as we were in town to check out a Tesla. I prefer BMW or Mercedes over Tesla and as this is the “only dealership in town” that offers both options we decided to stop by. I don't really post reviews but I had to on this for everyone's awareness. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this service center, and unfortunately, I can no longer trust them. About 1.5 years ago, I was overcharged for a spark plug replacement compared to the original quote. I had to follow up myself, and only after escalation did they admit it was a mistake (wrong cost code) and issue a refund. I will NEVER purchase a Mercedes again. After having my car for just 6 years, my spouse having his for 3 years, Mercedes-Benz is terminating all mbrace connectivity for 2018 and older models, with no alternative solution and refusing to stand by their product. Called service department to ask how much to install genuine Mercedes illuminated star I received for Christmas on my 2023 GLC 300. “We may have to replace whole body harness. This is very expensive could be $10k+.” Gave my VIN# but had no idea. I have no distronic option. Waste of time calling and about $9,800 more expensive than other Mercedes dealerships.
