Mercedes Service representative Justin Baldwin was very professional and very helpful.
Worst dealer I have tried to do business with. They don’t know what customer service is and I tried to deal with 2 different people. Clearly they are not interested and looking to sell cars.
Hi, writing this review after a 6 months then the incident happened. My husband and I walked into this dealership without appointment as we were in town to check out a Tesla. I prefer BMW or Mercedes over Tesla and as this is the “only dealership in town” that offers both options we decided to stop by. I don't really post reviews but I had to on this for everyone's awareness. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this service center, and unfortunately, I can no longer trust them. About 1.5 years ago, I was overcharged for a spark plug replacement compared to the original quote. I had to follow up myself, and only after escalation did they admit it was a mistake (wrong cost code) and issue a refund. I will NEVER purchase a Mercedes again. After having my car for just 6 years, my spouse having his for 3 years, Mercedes-Benz is terminating all mbrace connectivity for 2018 and older models, with no alternative solution and refusing to stand by their product. This shutdown impacts features like automatic collision notification, emergency SOS calls, remote diagnostics, and the mobile app, resulting in the loss of connected services.
