Easy process to take back something, I was in and out and it was really quick I was replacing a door hinge and I had an extra part so it was very simple process. Very nice people very nice employees that work here in great area
We can’t tell you how much we appreciate the service we received from Merceds of Birmingham. Our RV sits on a Sprinter 3500 chassis. We had a code that needed checking. They had us checked in the night before so when they opened in the AM we were ready to be checked out The repair took just a few hours. Ms Juliette and her entire team were fantastic. Thank you.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service experience regarding the cancellation of my protection packages (tire & wheel, key fob protection, etc.) that I purchased along with my Volvo S90. For the past several weeks and even months, I have been constantly calling and sending emails requesting cancellation, but nobody seems to care or respond properly.
