We recently bought a used vehicle and while waiting for a tire replacement to be done an error was made of incorrect fuel being used in the vehicle. A flush of the system was done but no other warranty was given for any damage that may have been done. We could not predict the future of damaged parts but they were not willing to back the vehicle. They bought the vehicle back to put it back on the lot for unknowing buyers to risk future damage.
So I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLB 250, and the dealership I bought it from spoke very highly of the Mercedes-Benz Irondale location. They recommended that I come here to set up my Mercedes Me profile and learn more about my vehicle, especially since this is my very first Mercedes and it’s fully loaded with features I was excited to explore. I drove up from Florida to purchase a car this weekend. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, by far. Clyde Baskin and Tynese Tippins were incredibly helpful, as I needed to do much of this by phone in advance of coming to the dealership. Massamba Mbao made the financing a breeze. I've never had such a great experience buying a car. I don't know what type of training these great folks have gone through, but it works. I couldn't recommend them more!
Trent and the entire team ensured a great car buying experience (words that rarely go together I have to admit)! Not only was every staff member courteous and attentive, we felt the prices were competitive and the team was transparent regarding any questions that we had. Definitely recommended!
