After some really bad experiences at my local Florida area Mercedes-Benz dealers, I decided to travel out of state to purchase my next Benz… and I sure am glad that I did! We had a great experience at the Mercedes Irondale Campus. I was just planning to look at a few cars but when we saw the deal we could get we moved forward with the purchase the same day of our visit. Our salesman, Trent Tate was a big help to us and made the whole process go so smoothly. We were there a little late in the day so it was past closing time when we finally wrapped up everything. Trent never rushed us and took his time to go over all the documents. We will use this this dealership again and ask for Trent!
I am leaving the parking lot. I walked around in this showroom for over 10 minutes, looking inside every vehicle and at tags...I am sure your cameras will reflect my visit. I saw over 7 to 9 persons talking to one another. Unfortunately, not a single person asked to assist me or ask did I have a question. I went to this dealership specifically to look at a used BMW they had advertised on the internet and to be clear it was posted all over the place. I really just wanted to take a look at the outside of the car to see what condition it was in. When I got there it was nowhere in sight so I went inside. The salesperson said she would find it for me right away and it wind up taking her about 45 minutes to find it. The BMW was dirty as heck and someone's personal belongings were still in the car. Brandon Oglesby knocked it out of the park with his responsiveness and professionalism throughout my process. Overall, I feel that I was treated fairly by everyone involved in my experience. At the end of the day, I feel like I bought a car, and wasn't sold one.
