Been calling all day and no one could help. They keep transferring my call back and forth. Each time to a different advisers voicemail. Mercedes-Benz is your friend until after you pay the bill then they dont want to accept your calls or help you out. Worst experience.

Mercedes is the worst if you’re thinking of buying one don’t, and if you have one sell it!! The cars are nice but the people in maintenance will rob you blind, had many cars never experienced anything even near how bad Mercedes’ is and I’ve gone to multiple dealerships and they’re all horrible!! Boycott Mercedes’!!!
