Service advisor was very knowledgeable and efficient. Laid everything out abs no upselling. And got lucky with a sweet loaner to top it all off!
No answer in their parts department. It’s 1:14 PM. How do you run a dealership where you don’t have anyone answering the phone it’s just absolutely ridiculous.
Been calling all day and no one could help. They keep transferring my call back and forth. Each time to a different advisers voicemail. Mercedes-Benz is your friend until after you pay the bill then they dont want to accept your calls or help you out. Worst experience.
