Kolby in the service department and their whole team is amazing. They took care of every issue on my vehicle promptly, kept me informed every step, filled up my tank and drove it all the way to Eugene for me because I didn't have the time. We have a ML 350. Mercedes offered us a warranty to fix the Blu Def system about a year ago. Tho we previously bought two vehicles from Mercedes in Bend, I sure wouldn’t again. Their customer service sucks. Their online portal is equally awful. I would say unless your husband can fix your car, don’t get one. If someone wanted to buy me a new car, it wouldn’t be at this dealership. I gave one star because a minus rating isn’t an option online. UPDATE .. Edit: Chris called me after this comment was made. I was less than enthused with his choice of words being that "my standards" seem to be higher than that of the dealership which is never good to hear from a high end dealer. He did offer a gift card for my next service but I declined. I bought a 2019 Honda CRV EX-L here. I drove from Portland, OR. Over a 3 hour drive. When we got there the sales rep.
