So, I recently had my newer GLC in for its first service (A1) at the Kendall dealership. Though I was stunned at the $400 cost for what amounted to little more than an oil and filter change (and a bunch of inspections), I was expecting as much from Mercedes having owned 2 others in the past. It was a pleasure working with Gary. I appreciate how engaged he was with us from the moment we walked into the dealership. He gave us his full attention, answering our many questions, and when he didn't know an answer, he quickly found the answer. Gary has followed up with us since we purchased our car, checking in with us to see if we have any more questions! Purchasing a car, in my experience, can be a bothersome laborious process. Gary made the process go smoothly and even enjoyable!
Our GLC buying experience was absolutely 10 Star!!!!!! A pleasurable experience with top knotch and knowledgeable people. Cash was FABULOUS as well as Gary and we never ever recieved pressure or “car salesman” tactics. What really lead us to buy here in Bend vs a dealer closer to us is that it is a family owned dealership, and it shows! Thank you Mercedes Bend, a great experience, fair price and a WONDERFUL car!!!!!
The experience of buy a sprinter from our salesperson, Cash, was great. Cash knows what he’s doing and the process was efficient and easy.
Have had some issues along the way with my 2024 sprinter van but that's what warranties are for and service department in Bend is making me feel positive about my purchase by addressing those and earning my future business.
