My sister had to come to Bellingham from Alaska for cancer treatment. She had to have some recall issues fixed on her Toyota pick up and took it to there service department. They fixed the recall issue and charge her for the 130 dollars for time it took for a quote and told her there was some major issues she had to fix to her truck and gave her a quote for over 4 thousand dollars. The fact they call them self’s a Mercedes dealership is laughing joke. This is a Toyota that has a small part of the building selling Mercedes.
Horrible dealer. Stay far away. Impossible to get anyone to return calls. I had a Takata recall inspection. Left messages for Rod and Joe Smith. No return calls. But salespeople will be all over you. No service after the Sale. Showroom is really a Toyota showroom with a cubbie for MB. Not even close to superior service, more like a 100 dollar down and drive used lot. Go to Seattle or Lynden.
