Took over 2 days to get a tired replaced and get rim fixed. They didn’t have anything in stock so I had to wait for them to order it and Ofcourse no loaners. Once they got everything it took them 5 hours to put a new tire on a rim and put it on my car. Only reason I even knew the car was done was because I had to call, they didn’t call me. When I got my car back they over inflated the new tire, it was at 50 when it’s supposed to be 38 and my alignment is messed up. Initially, I was planning to buy a vehicle in Tampa, my home residence, but I’m currently here on a travel nurse assignment. I only wanted to look at vehicles at Bedford, but after being promised the same deal I get in Tampa- just better- I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle in Ohio.
