I was blown away when I bought the car in Oct ‘25, but as I sit in the lobby waiting for my car to be Service I am even more impressed. Their team goes above and beyond to ensure my car (my baby) is taken care of, exactly when she needs to be serviced and to make sure I get the best out of my contract. THANK YOU! Ryan is the reason I will continue to rave about this place, and I will be a Mercedes girl for life.
The service people are top notch. We always get great service and would never go anywhere else for our Mercedes.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly. From the people at the check in desk to Andy, our service rep. Andy is the best!
Asus doesn't call back and the used vehicle we bought from these guys was not inspected as we were told by him. I had to get a oil change because there was 1 quart of oil in the engine and the antifreeze was almost empty. I spoke with John the general manager but he was non correspondent what so ever be careful when you are dealing with this dealership. Not at all happy with our experience
