I called 10 times today. They transferred me to the service department. Nobody picks up just stop ringing for my appointment for my girlfriend‘s Mercedes for next week. But nobody picks up the phone.
Hands down the place you want to go for a used vehicle! Gave me the best trade in value and the best customer service. Every person walking in was treated the same, didn't matter if your buying a brand new top of the line Mercedes or used trade in. Highly recommend!
No one picks up. No one knows what they’re talking about. They keep transferring you from one service to the other. Spent hours on the phone with them today. Worst customer service I received in my entire life.
