Very difficult to provide feedback . My car is still with Mercedes for the past week. Not fair for comments at this time
After another dealership failed to fix my sunroof and caused rattling in the headliner, I brought my car to Mercedes of Barrington. It took three visits, but they identified the sunroof frame as the problem and fixed it. Service Manager Julian was professional, polite, and truly customer-focused. After seven months of back-and-forth, I finally have my car working perfectly. Highly recommend!
