My experience is really satisfying due to the level of competent, knowledgeable, and customer service I receive from Bob Knurowski.
Bad experience with the service department. Labor rate is higher than it should be and not clearly explained when quoted. Mike my service advisor didn’t seem to care about my concerns. My phone cord was missing when I picked up the car. Won’t come back to this dealership again. Plenty of other choices out there.
I feel that everyone who I encountered listened to my issues that brought me in for service. I certainly recommend the service department. Thank you!
I brought my 2010 Mercedes C300—a 16-year-old car that still looks and drives great—in for a warranty repair related to rust. John Laskowski, the service advisor, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and communicative, never once pressured us into additional work, and consistently kept us updated on the status of the repair.
