Absolutely Disgusting Behavior – Stay Away! I have never in my life witnessed something so unprofessional and shameful at a business. While I was at this dealership, I saw their workers try to physically kick a customer, right in front of my eyes! I’m super appreciative of the job Kolin Clark did in getting me into the E350 I ended up purchasing. Thanks, Kolin.
Before Purchasing a vehicle from them, they told me that the tilte was present & ready to be mailed. It's now been about 2 month from purchase & im yet to get my title. the vehicle is just sitting there & im unable to do anything without it without title, everytime I call, they always have the same excuses. At this point a lawsuit is coming their way, I planning on returning the vehicle & request a full refund + lawyer fees+ damage & interest.
If you are buying a Mercedes, you call Ken Betts! He has been doing this for a long time and you will get the best deal with no games. He got me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with a fair trade in value, and an incredibly easy and quick process. Every dealership wishes they had a Ken Betts.
